Safe & Secure Rides

Every LUXO ride is backed by verified drivers, secure payments, and real-time tracking — so you can ride with confidence.

Every LUXO driver passes a comprehensive background check, DMV record review, and identity verification before their first ride.

All payments are processed through Stripe with 256-bit encryption. Your card data is never stored on our servers.

Drivers maintain high ratings. Low-rated drivers are removed from the platform. You always know who is picking you up.

Track your driver live on the map from pickup to drop-off. Share your trip status with friends and family for extra peace of mind.
